expected.

* WHERE...Chesapeake Bay main channel north of Smith Point VA,
Patapsco River including Baltimore Harbor, and Tangier Sound
and the inland waters surrounding Bloodsworth Island.

* WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 4 AM EDT Sunday.
