* WHERE...In Alabama, Mobile Coastal and Baldwin Coastal
Counties. In Florida, Escambia Coastal, Santa Rosa Coastal and
Okaloosa Coastal Counties.

* WHEN...Through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away
from shore into deeper water.

Information:
Swim near a lifeguard. If caught in a rip current, relax and
float. Don't swim against the current. If able, swim in a
direction following the shoreline. If unable to escape, face the
shore and call or wave for help.

...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHERN OKALOOSA AND SOUTHEASTERN SANTA ROSA COUNTIES THROUGH 1100 AM CDT...

At 1013 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Navarre, or 13 miles west of Mary Esther, moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.

Locations impacted include...
Wright, Fort Walton Beach, Niceville, Destin, Eglin AFB, Valparaiso,
Mary Esther, Ocean City, Lake Lorraine, Navarre, Shalimar, Cinco
Bayou, and Navarre Beach.

Information:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
