Coastal waters from Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Mexico Beach out 20 NM... Waters from Mexico Beach to Apalachicola FL from 20 to 60 NM... Waters from Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Mexico Beach from 20 to 60 NM... Waters from Suwannee River to Apalachicola FL from 20 to 60 NM... * Until 100 PM EDT/noon CDT/. * At 1003 AM EDT/903 AM CDT/, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 19 nm north of St. Marks to 7 nm southeast of Highway 331 Bridge, moving east at 40 knots.
