For the Brazos River...including US 59, Sugar Land, TX, West Columbia, Bryan, Hempstead, Bellville, San Felipe, Richmond, Rosharon...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Brazos River near West Columbia. * WHEN...From this morning until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding begins as water escapes the mainstem of the Brazos River approximately 6 miles downstream of the gauge.
