...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...

Neches River At Rockland affecting Angelina, Polk, Jasper and
Tyler Counties.

Neches River Near Diboll affecting Angelina, Polk, Houston, Tyler
and Trinity Counties.

Neches River Near Alto affecting Houston, Anderson, Cherokee and
Trinity Counties.

Neches River Near Neches affecting Houston, Anderson and Cherokee
Counties.

For the Neches River...including Lake Palestine, Neches, Alto,
Diboll, Rockland...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Neches River near Diboll.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding of boat ramps,
paths, and trails.  Move livestock and equipment to higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:15 PM CDT Friday the stage was 14.5 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 8:15 PM CDT Friday was 14.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 13.4 feet
Wednesday evening.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood

For the Neches River...including Lake Palestine, Neches, Alto,
Diboll, Rockland...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Neches River near Alto.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Expect moderate to severe flooding of the
heavily wooded floodplain. Boat ramps and picnic areas will be
completely inundated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:15 PM CDT Friday the stage was 17.7 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 8:15 PM CDT Friday was 17.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.7
feet just after midnight tonight.
- Flood stage is 16.0 feet.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Trinity River near Crockett.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 43.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding continues in the
vicinity of the gage impacting ranching operations and prison
farms. Livestock should be removed from low areas in the flood
plain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 2:45 PM CDT Friday the stage was 43.9 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 35.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 2:45 PM CDT Friday was 44.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 41.5 feet early
Wednesday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 41.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
43.7 feet on 01/30/1999.
