parishes, Bossier, Caddo, De Soto, Natchitoches, Red River and
Sabine and northeast Texas, including the following counties,
Marion, Upshur and Wood.

* WHEN...From 7 AM CDT this morning through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
