...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY MORNING THROUGH MONDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east and northeast Texas, including the
following counties, in east Texas, Angelina, Nacogdoches, Sabine,
San Augustine and Shelby. In northeast Texas, Cherokee, Gregg,
Harrison, Panola, Rusk and Smith.

* WHEN...From Sunday morning through Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Wet antecedent soils ahead of possibly 3 or more inches of
rainfall in the next 36 hours will boost chances of flash
flooding in this area.
