For the Lower Humboldt...including Battle Mountain, Comus...elevated river levels are forecast. * WHAT...Flooding caused by snowmelt is possible. * WHERE...Humboldt River at Battle Mountain. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 8.5 feet, Monitoring Stage.
