...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY MORNING THROUGH MONDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Alabama, including the following areas,
Jackson, Lauderdale, Limestone and Madison and southern middle
Tennessee, including the following areas, Franklin TN, Lincoln and
Moore.

* WHEN...From Monday morning through Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Recent heavy rainfall has caused saturated soils, which will
increase the risk of flash flooding as additional rainfall
moves in.
