...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING... * WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall. * WHERE...Portions of Alabama, including the following areas, Cullman, DeKalb, Jackson, Madison, Marshall and Morgan and southern middle Tennessee, including the following areas, Franklin TN, Lincoln and Moore. * WHEN...Through 7 PM Friday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Repeated rounds of showers and thunderstorms along a stalled frontal boundary may result in locally heavy rainfall and flash flooding late this week. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
