* AFFECTED AREA...Volusia, Lake, Orange, Seminole, and Osceola
counties.

* WIND...Northwest winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph this
evening, then gusts of 20 to 25 mph on Monday.

* HUMIDITY...15 to 25 percent this evening, and 20 to 25 percent
on Monday.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.

* WHERE...Coastal Volusia, Inland Indian River, Inland Northern
Brevard, Inland Saint Lucie, Inland Southern Brevard, Inland
Volusia, Mainland Northern Brevard, Northern Lake, Okeechobee,
Orange, Osceola, Seminole, and Southern Lake.

* WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 3 AM to 9 AM EST
Monday. For the Freeze Watch, from late Monday night through
Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with
prolonged exposure. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops,
other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
