Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds 20 to 25 knots with
gusts up to 30 knots expected.

* WHERE...Baffin Bay and Upper Laguna Madre and Corpus Christi
and Nueces Bays.

* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, from 1 PM this
afternoon to 1 AM CDT Friday. For the second Small Craft
Advisory, from 10 AM to 7 PM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Strong to very strong winds and/or increased seas
will result in hazardous marine conditions especially for
