* WHAT...North winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt. Waters
within the lakes and bays will become rough. Coastal waters
extending 60 NM offshore, seas will build to range from 5 to 9
ft.

* WHERE...Vermilion and West Cote Blanche Bays, Atchafalaya and
East Cote Blanche Bays, Coastal waters from Lower Atchafalaya
River to Intracoastal City LA out 20 NM and Coastal waters
from Lower Atchafalaya River to Intracoastal City LA from 20
to 60 NM.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 7 PM CDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
