Iowa River at Oakville affecting Louisa County.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Cedar River near Conesville.

* WHEN...Until Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Water affects residences along County Road
F70.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 13.6 feet.
- Recent Activity...The river continues to slowly rise.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.8
feet early tomorrow afternoon.
