...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Illinois...

Little Wabash River at Carmi.

.Recent heavy rain will combine with additional heavy rain forecast
in the basin, and this will cause the Little Wabash River at Carmi
to rise to flood stage by next Friday, July 3rd.

For the Little Wabash River...including Carmi...Minor flooding is
forecast.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Little Wabash River at Carmi.

* WHEN...From late Thursday night to Friday, July 3rd.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:30 PM CDT Friday the stage was 13.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise to a crest at the flood stage
of 27.0 feet late Thursday night into Friday morning, July
3rd.
- Flood stage is 27.0 feet.

Information:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

.Minor flooding continues on the Wabash River at New Harmony, with a
projected crest of 16.1 feet early Sunday morning.

For the Wabash River...including New Harmony...Minor flooding is
forecast.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Wabash River at New Harmony.

* WHEN...Until Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, The river overflows low ground on the
Illinois side.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:30 PM CDT Friday the stage was 15.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.1
feet early Sunday morning. It will then fall below flood
stage late Wednesday morning, July 1st.
- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Indiana...
Illinois...

East Fork White River at Seymour.

White River at Petersburg down to Hazleton.

Wabash River at Vincennes down to Mount Carmel.

.Recent, mainly light to moderate rainfall...and additional areas of
to widespread heavy rainfall amounts up to three inches total over
southern Indiana through midday Saturday...is expected to prolong
minor flooding or bring an additional crest on the lower White,
lower Wabash, and at Seymour on the East Fork White. Minor flooding
could continue into early next week on portions of the lower White
and lower Wabash.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Wabash River at Mount Carmel.

* WHEN...Until early Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, River is bankfull in all locations.  All
oil field production ceases with the exception of pumping units on
substructures.  Access to these are by boat only.  Agricultural
losses increase dramatically.  Farmers move livestock to higher
ground.  City of Mount Carmel leaves flood gates B and C in year
round.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:45 PM EDT Friday /7:45 PM CDT Friday/ the stage was 19.8
feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 8:45 PM EDT Friday /7:45 PM CDT Friday/ was 20.1
feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 19.9
feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood
stage Tuesday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
