* WHAT...Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts between 45 and 55
mph expected.

* WHERE...All of southern New England northwest of the Cape Cod
Canal.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...The potential will continue for scattered tree damage
as well as scattered power outages. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
