* WHAT...Large breaking waves of 4 to 11 feet in the surf zone.
The most dangerous conditions will occur on Tuesday.

* WHERE...In Massachusetts, Eastern Plymouth MA, Southern
Bristol MA, Eastern Essex MA, Barnstable MA, Dukes MA and
Nantucket MA Counties. In Rhode Island, Block Island RI,
Washington RI and Newport RI Counties.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and
localized beach erosion.

Information: 
Inexperienced swimmers should remain out of the water due to
dangerous surf conditions.
