Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...Dickinson, Iron, and Menominee Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning and evening commutes. The strong winds may down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages.
