Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Portions of Eastern Upper and Northern Lower Michigan. * WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. Travel could be very difficult to impossible, especially on back roads and secondary roadways. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact travel through the evening. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
