...HIGH WIND WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY MORNING THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING... * WHAT...Southwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 80 mph possible along and west of highway 89 and up to 70 mph elsewhere. * WHERE...Southern Rocky Mountain Front and adjacent foothills and plains, Eastern Glacier, Western Toole, and Central Pondera Counties, and Eastern Toole and Liberty Counties. * WHEN...From Monday morning through Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult to dangerous, especially for high profile vehicles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Multiple high wind periods are expected this week as a series of weather disturbances move across the Northern Rockies and Montana. Strong winds initially develop Monday along the east slopes of the Rockies and spread east Monday night. A second and potentially stronger wind event is possible Tuesday night through Wednesday.
