...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING TO 7 PM EST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 7
inches.

* WHERE...Southeastern St. Lawrence, Southern Franklin, Western
Clinton, and Western Essex Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 7 PM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
will impact both the Thursday morning and evening commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Rain will develop this evening and change to
snow by midnight with sharply falling temperatures by Thursday
morning. Any standing water may freeze, especially on untreated
roads and elevated surfaces.
