* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 to 29 below.

* WHERE...Litchfield County in northwestern Connecticut, the
Berkshires in western Massachusetts, the Mohawk Valley, eastern
Catskills, Taconics, Helderbergs and the Schoharie Valley.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
