The National Weather Service in Amarillo has issued a Fire Weather Watch for breezy winds and low relative humidity, which is in effect from Tuesday afternoon through Tuesday evening. * WINDS...Today southwest 20 to 35 mph with gusts 40 to 50 mph. Tuesday 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Today as low as 9 percent. Tuesday as low as 10 percent. * TEMPERATURES...Today and Tuesday, in the 80s to low 90s. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will have the potential to spread rapidly.
