* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties,
Central and Southern Franklin, Madison, North and Central
Sebastian, Northern Crawford, Northern Franklin, Southern
Crawford, Southern Sebastian and Washington AR and Oklahoma,
including the following counties, Adair, Central Le Flore, Central
and Southern Sequoyah, Cherokee, Creek, Haskell, Latimer,
McIntosh, Muskogee, Northeast Osage, Northern Le Flore, Northern
Sequoyah, Nowata, Okfuskee, Okmulgee, Pawnee, Pittsburg, Rogers,
Southeast Osage, Southern Le Flore, Tulsa, Wagoner, Washington OK
and Western Osage.

* WHEN...Through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms through this
evening will result in potential for flash flooding.
