Steep wind-driven seas 9 to 12 ft becoming swell dominated and very steep and hazardous this afternoon and tonight 17 to 20 ft at 18 seconds out of the northwest. * WHERE...All areas. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 4 PM PST this afternoon. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, from 4 PM this afternoon to 4 PM PST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or damage vessels.
