* WHAT...West winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.

* WHERE...In New Mexico, Eddy County Plains. In Texas, Eastern
Culberson County County.

* WHEN...Until midnight MDT /1 AM CDT/ tonight.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile
vehicles like campers, vans, and tractor trailers. Severe
turbulence near the mountains will be hazardous for low flying
light aircraft.

Information:
Remain in the lower levels of your home during the windstorm, and
avoid windows. Watch for falling debris and tree limbs. Use caution
if you must drive.

Use caution if flying low near the mountains as severe turbulence is
possible.
