* WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Additional snow accumulations up to one
inch. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.Conditions will gradually
improve this afternoon.

* WHERE...Florence, Northern Marinette County, Northern Oconto
County, and Southern Marinette counties.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM CDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. Gusty winds could bring down
tree branches.
