* WHERE...Portions of northeast Kentucky, southeast Ohio, southwest
Virginia, and central, northeast, northern, southeast, southern,
and western West Virginia.

* WHEN...Until 11 AM EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and scattered power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds are expected just ahead
of, coincident with, and just behind the cold front.
