* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Central Dauphin County in south central Pennsylvania...
Northern Lancaster County in south central Pennsylvania...
Lebanon County in south central Pennsylvania...

* WHEN...Until 500 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1112 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 5 inches of
rain has fallen.
- Additional brief downpours remain possible overnight, but the
heaviest rain has ended.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Lancaster, Harrisburg, Lebanon, Hershey, Ephrata, Colonial Park,
Progress, Lititz, Willow Street, Palmyra, Linglestown, Steelton,
New Holland, Manheim, Annville, Hummelstown and East Petersburg.

Information:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
