Counties.

Fox River at Oshkosh affecting Winnebago County.

Fox River at Lake Winnebago at Oshkosh affecting Winnebago County.

For the Lower Wolf River...including Shiocton...Minor flooding is
forecast.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.

* WHERE...Fox River at Oshkosh.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 7.5 feet, Water begins to approach area businesses and
structures.
