...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM CDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Snow in the Devils Lake and Langdon areas ending after 8 am
with 1-3 inches of accumulation.  Farther east the band of mixed
precipitation is only moving slowly east and because of this
uncertain of impacts to Grand Forks, Crookston, Hillsboro areas as
precipitation may weaken considerably as it moves into these areas
after 7 am.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest Minnesota and northeast and
southeast North Dakota.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Friday morning commute.
