Illinois River at Peoria affecting Woodford, Peoria and Tazewell Counties. Illinois River at Henry affecting Putnam and Marshall Counties. Illinois River near Havana affecting Cass, Fulton and Mason Counties. .The following forecasts are based on observed precipitation, soil moisture conditions, and forecast precipitation. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Illinois River at Peoria. * WHEN...From late tonight to Sunday, June 21. * IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Some flooding begins to bottomland not protected by levees. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 17.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 19.3 feet Tuesday evening.
