Rock River at Moline affecting Rock Island and Henry IL Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring. * WHERE...Rock River near Joslin. * WHEN...Until tomorrow afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 12.5 feet, Water affects some summer cottages along the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 12.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage tomorrow morning and continue falling to 7.5 feet Sunday, June 21. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
