...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL TOMORROW EVENING...

...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Illinois...

Rock River near Joslin affecting Rock Island, Whiteside and Henry
IL Counties.

Rock River at Moline affecting Rock Island and Henry IL Counties.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.

* WHERE...Rock River at Moline.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Water affects residences near the 27th
Street bridge. Water is over portions of 60th St south of Green
Valley Sports Complex and portions of 56th Ave along the north
side of the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 12.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.2
feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late
tomorrow morning.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

Information:
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

The next statement will be issued by Monday morning at 930 AM CDT.
