Patoka River near Princeton affecting Gibson County. .Very heavy rainfall across the Patoka River basin has resulted in flooding developing at Princeton. The most recent forecast has a secondary crest into moderate flood levels, peaking at 20.4 feet on Thursday. Additional fluctuations are possible depending how much more rain falls over the next 12 to 18 hours. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Patoka River near Princeton. * WHEN...Until Monday, July 06. * IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, Flooding affects mainly farmland. Seasonal camping trailers closest to the river become inundated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:45 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 18.8 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 10:45 AM CDT Saturday was 18.8 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 19.3 feet this evening.
