...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL EARLY MONDAY AFTERNOON...

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Indiana...
Illinois...

White River at Hazleton and Petersburg.

Wabash River at Mount Carmel.

.Flooding will continue through early next week at Petersburg and
Hazleton, and ending this week at Mount Carmel.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...White River at Hazleton.

* WHEN...Until early Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, In agricultural season, extensive flooding
of bottomlands and some of the higher bottomlands is in progress.
High water surrounds residents in river cabins.  Oil fields and
local roads flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- There is no current observed data.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
early Monday morning and continue falling and remain below
flood stage.
- Flood stage is 16.0 feet.

Information:
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Flooding is occurring or is imminent. Most flood related deaths
occur in automobiles. Do not attempt to cross water covered bridges,
dips, or low water crossings. Never try to cross a flowing stream,
even a small one, on foot. To escape rising water find another route
over higher ground.
