* WHERE...In Rhode Island, Washington and Newport Counties. In
Massachusetts, Barnstable, Dukes, Nantucket, Southern Bristol
and Southern Plymouth Counties.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and
localized beach erosion.

Information: 
Inexperienced swimmers should remain out of the water due to
