...PERIODS OF HEAVY SNOW ALONG AND SOUTH I-94 IN NORTH DAKOTA AND HWY 10 IN WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA...

Brief periods of heavy snow areas along and south of I-94 and HWY
10 will lead to locally reduced visibility under one half mile
through midnight. Around 1 to 2 inches of additional snow
accumulation is expected, mostly on grassy surfaces but some roads
may become snow-covered and slick. Be prepared for difficult
travel and reduced visibility, and be sure to check the latest
road conditions.
