* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...As distant swell from Typhoon Sinlaku moves
into Yap, seas are currently peaking near 8 to 11 feet before
slowly tapering off starting tonight.

Information: 
Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.
