Details: 
...HIGH SURF ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM CHST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Large breaking waves of 7 to 10 feet.

* WHERE...South and west facing reefs of Palau and Yap.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM ChST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and
localized beach erosion.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...As Tropical Depression 06W (Jangmi) continues
to develop and move north away from Palau and Yap Proper, the
monsoon tail will keep surf conditions above 9 feet through Friday
along south and west facing reefs. Conditions may begin to improve
as early as Friday evening.

Information: 
Inexperienced swimmers should remain out of the water due to
dangerous surf conditions.
