Northeastern Ritchie County in northwestern West Virginia... * WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 613 PM EDT, Flooding continues along creeks and streams across the area as a result of heavy thunderstorms Tuesday evening. This includes Duck Creek and the Little Muskingum River. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
