* At 1121 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and frequent
lightning. These strong thunderstorms were located over open waters
of Mona Passage Southward to 17N zone, and are nearly stationary.

Mainly open waters of Mona Passage Southward to 17N.
