Continue to monitor later forecasts. At 28.0 feet, minor lowland flooding occurs. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 25.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to remain between 27 and 28 feet until further notice.
