Flooding of rural land and agricultural land. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 8.8 feet. - Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 9.6 feet this evening.
