* WHAT...North winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas
9 to 14 feet.

* WHERE...In Massachusetts coastal waters, Coastal waters from
Provincetown MA to Chatham MA to Nantucket MA out 20 NM and
Coastal Waters extending out to 25 NM South of Marthas
Vineyard and Nantucket. In Atlantic coastal waters, Ocean
Waters from Provincetown to Nantucket from 20 to 60 NM and
Ocean Waters from Marthas Vineyard to Nantucket from 25 to 60
NM.

* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
