Winds will begin to strengthen mid-Thursday morning, peaking Thursday night into Friday. Strongest winds will occur on the coastal slopes and mountain foothills. * WHERE...San Bernardino County Mountains. * WHEN...From 10 AM Thursday to 1 PM PST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Due to recent rains and saturated soils, strong winds could blow down trees and power lines. Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will become more northeasterly Friday night into Saturday and remain elevated.
