Iowa River at Oakville affecting Louisa County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Iowa River at Marengo. * WHEN...Until Monday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Water affects agricultural land along the river. Water is several feet deep in places. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 16.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The river is approaching a crest. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.0 feet just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
