...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow. Additional snow accumulations
between 1 and 3 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...La Salle, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, Lake IL, and Northern
Cook Counties.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions.
Blowing snow will cause sharply reduced visibilities, particularly
in open areas. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday
morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
