...Patchy Dense Fog and Black Ice Possible... Mist, drizzle, and fog have left surfaces wet and with temperatures near or just below freezing, patchy black ice will be possible. The shallow ground fog is also locally dense over the cold snow pack tonight, with localized visibilities under 1/4 mile. Use caution if walking or driving tonight. Be prepared for rapid visibility changes and for possible ice on roadways, sidewalks, stairs, driveways or any other untreated surfaces.
