Winds could gust as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Upper Tanana Valley from Tok to Delta Junction. * WHEN...From Sunday afternoon through Tuesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Between 3 and 8 inches of snow will be possible in most of the Upper Tanana Valley. In these areas, rain could mix in with snow during the afternoons and evenings. The highest snow totals will likely be along and near the Alaska Highway between Delta Junction and Tok, where snow amounts could locally exceed a foot.
